My applicator of choice is the Indigo Microfiber Applicator. This will provide the most "bite" so the polish can remove contaminants. Most waxes contain natural components such as Carnauba Wax or Beeswax. Apply a wax over a coating will usually hinder the performance of the ceramic coating. RejeX can be used over existing wax however, the duration of protection will be reduced.
RejeX has a higher refractive index than waxes, so it produces richer, deeper looking colors and a lustrous long-lasting finish. Applying a ceramic coating over a wax will prevent it bonding to the paint and negatively impact the durability and finish. RejeX can be applied in multiple coats, allowing 8 hours curing time between coats for deeper color and greater depth of gloss. When applying a non-abrasive polish by hand, use a microfiber or terry cloth applicator. Ceramic coatings should not be applied over or underneath waxes. It deeps cleans painted surfaces, removing below surface contaminants, and best of all it's as easy to use as a wax. I've found that Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion is one of the most effective non-abrasive polishes available. Wash the vehicle, clay if needed, and use a non-abrasive polish before applying Rejex Paint Sealant.
